After a lot of market research, I have found out that many people wishing to purchase a property in Hua Hin and the surrounding areas, would prefer to have a new house built for them, in a design they want and in a location they want. 

Nigel Owen the Company Director at Hua Hin Property and Land has spoken to many architects and engineers and now has a dedicated team (English Architect, English speaking Thai Engineer and a team of qualified Thai builders) to help customers realise their dreams. 

The first stage would be to find a piece of land, maybe a sea view or mountain view, the Thai engineer would then go and assess the piece of land for suitability to build on, as there are many pieces of land that are not. Once the land has been deemed suitable, the second stage would be, to sit down with the architect and engineer and design the home. 

There is absolutely no charge for these services. When the customer is happy with all the details and the price, construction begins, which takes approximately 4 months. 

The buyer would pay a 20% deposit and then 3 stage payments of 20% until construction is completed. The final payment of 20% is not paid unless the customer is very happy with the build. An example for costings for a self build would be Example:
